Estimates are produced using take off software such as Buildsoft with prices from the industry recognised  Cordell Price Guide.

I am happy to work with you to provide take offs and estimates tailored to your needs, using software you know.

As well as the price estimate you will also receive details of the basis of the estimate and areas of cost that should be considered in detail.

Suitable for when there is limited design information i.e just elevations and a basic price guide is needed.

Useful for: Owner Builders, Designers and Developers

Suitable when DA level drawings and specified items exist and detailed trade quantities and price estimates required.

       Useful for : Owner Builders, Builders and Designers and Developers

For a small additional fee the estimate and rates can be broken down into labour, material etc. This will give you a guide for purchasing at competitive prices.

Suitable when DA level drawings and specified items exist and there is a need for quoting projects and checking prices from suppliers. Estimate can be set up to match your preferred quoting template and can include:

  • Subcontractor Quotes you have obtained
  • Detailed take offs for materials you supply
  • Work carried out by your labour, listed with hourly estimates
  • Item prices that you regularly use.
  • Limited pricing so that you can complete pricing yourself
  • Cordell Price Guide rates included as a check.
