Building Cost Estimates
The price for an estimate will vary depending on size and complexity of the project.
Approximate prices (excl. GST) for the sample estimates for single storey new build residential projects would be:
- Budget Estimate $300 – $700
- Detailed Price Estimate $800 – $1400
- Builders Price Estimate $700 – $1400
- Trade Take Off (one trade) $100 – $300
- General Price Information $20 – $100
- Small Works (decks etc.) $100 – $200
A discount would be available to regular clients for repeat work.
I will confirm a fixed price on sight of plans and specification.
