I trained in Quantity Surveying in the UK through the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. I have over 30 years experience working for construction companies , recently completing fourteen years as a Commercial Manager and Estimator with Australia’s largest builder Lend Lease.

Since August 2014 I have been working as an independent Quantity Surveyor and estimator on small construction projects.

I regularly work with established Architects in the Blue Mountains such as Villar Architects and ECODesign Architects.

My focus is on:

• detailed and accurate estimates and rental depreciation schedules
• the profitable control of small building projects
• the use of common estimating software such as Buildsoft (Cubit) and Cordells.
• listening and understanding your needs
• being available to you to answer queries
• friendly and efficient teamwork.
