Why not add these extra services to make saving money even easier:

1. Price Estimate Split – each rate and the total price for each item in the Price Estimate is broken down into labour, materials , subcontract etc.  This will help when costing variations and procuring the project.
2. Quantity details – the calculation sheets for the quantity of each item including where the item was measured. This will help you understand how your project is made up .
3. Material Quantities – help with taking off material quantities for purchasing, such as how many sheets of colorbond or particleboard are needed ? Reduce that mountain of waste!
4. Procurement Schedules – This is an essential control document for Owner Builders as it is describes how, when and for what cost you will purchase services and materials. I will work with you to agree how you wish to procure the project and then produce the schedule.
5. Cost Control– for a few hours a month over the period of the build, I can help you target cost savings against the estimate. Then we can track costs against your budget so as to reduce costs and make sure you don’t run out of money.
