BUILDING PROCESS MANAGEMENT

I will help with the tasks involved in managing the build process of projects you are carrying out, such as

Applications for Payment

• Preparation & submission of monthly interim valuations / progress applications for payment and following up in order to agree payments
• Prepare applications for stage payments
• Ensure timely and full payment for works carried out

Final Account

No surprises! The Final Account process often falls down at the end when builders look for any last variation and the cost of the project jumps up and upsets the happy client.

I will keep on top of variations and changes to the cost of the project, at regular intervals updating the final cost for reporting to the client.

The original estimate can be updated with actual quantities and rates to assist with cost analysis and future pricing.

This can include costs paid direct by the client.

Site Visits

• Report on and record site conditions the biggest unknown and risk to the building cost.
• Record site progress for invoicing client and payment of subcontractors.
• Progress reports for efficient procurement and programming.
• Investigate and report on possible development sites
